The purpose of feedback for excelling students is to encourage them to maintain their glow and possibly re-teach some areas where necessary while for growing students,is to highlight the areas of growth
The purpose of feedback for excelling students is to encourage the students to keep glowing and possibly re-teach the necessary areas that will keep the students to glow more while for those students that are growing, the purpose of feedback is to highlight the areas of their growth.
The glowing Learners need to be encouraged to keep it up, and thumb up for the growing learner’s. Their progress is heartwarming!!!
Feedback is a teacher’s review of pupils performance of a task which is used as a basis for improvement. Pupils should be encouraged with feedback to maintain their glow and highlight areas of growth for those growing. Interesting!

Feedback is extremely vital in learning process. In fact, the importance cannot be overemphasized. It helps the learners glow and adds as fertilizer to their growth.
